We are delighted to announce that members of Hibernian AVIVA who attend Asthma Care clinics in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Sligo, Athlone and Kilkenny will receive a rebate from Hibernian AVIVA towards the cost of the clinic.
Hibernian AVIVA will contribute €135 towards the full cost of each child and €65 towards the full cost of each adult.

You must be on a Hibernian AVIVA policy to avail of this benefit. Regarding the benefit for children, your child must be a member of your plan and be under 18 at his or her last renewal date. Just keep your receipt, fill out the claim form at Asthma Care Ireland and send both of these with your membership details to Hibernian AVIVA. Hibernian AVIVA will send you a cheque once the claim has been processed.

Please note: When attending you or your child’s programme Asthma Care Ireland will ask you to show your VIVAS membership card.
